About Air Business

Driven by customer service – the only global mail, distribution, fulfilment and integrated subscriptions management bureau

Whether you’re a publisher looking for end-to-end solution for your title, from distribution to subscriptions management, or an operations manager looking for eCommerce shipping services in the UK, Air Business caters for a wide range of logistical requirements. As a UK-based logistics company, we offer cross-border shipping, international mail and fulfilment, worldwide courier and freight services and warehouse logistics.

Customer service lies at the heart of our business. We provide this through cost effective, on-time global distribution and fulfilment solutions as well as subscription management services through our in-house subscriptions bureau Quadrant. We are market leader, but we are not complacent – regardless of size we treat every customer as if they were our only one.

Established in 1986, Air Business has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of An Post, the Irish Post Office, since 2002. Air Business Group is financially stable with forecasted revenues of £80 million.

To allow us to continue to provide the highest quality service in rapidly changing and challenging times, we have invested heavily in new premises, people, and equipment. We now have over 400 people throughout the company, at four strategic locations to the north, south, east and west of London.

Our main operational sites in St Albans and Witney have been ISO 9001ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certified and all sites across the Group are ISO 50001 certified.

As strategic partner of the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) since 2010 and a long-standing member of the DMA, we are committed to being more than just a supplier. We are a visible and active supporter of the industries we serve.

Environment

Air Business takes its responsibility toward the environment seriously. More importantly, we demonstrate our commitment in action. Community

Air Business seeks to play an active role in the communities in which it operates. We are incredibly proud to work with Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, based in North London. By managing the distribution of the charity’s quarterly mailings without charge, we let Noah’s Ark prioritise their work with children, safe in the knowledge that we get deliver their newsletter out on time and to the right destination. We are also extremely proud to be the official distribution partner of The African Kit Appeal, shipping donated cycling kit from the UK to young cyclists in Rwanda, with the help of our freight logistics partner Globexair.
