Sherman - Managing Director
Adam has spent the last 15 years within the distribution
arena working most of this time with DHL and TNT, both at home
and abroad, in various senior positions. Joining Air Business
in early 2004 he has been instrumental in delivering some of
the best results in the company’s 20-year history. Adam
is passionate about his customers, people and has a reputation
of always delivering the highest quality service in the market.

Loraine
Hirst - Sales Director
Loraine joined Air Business in July 2004 after spending 14 years
with DHL International in various sales management roles, primarily
within the financial services sector. She has a strong customer
service ethos and is committed to providing quality service
and account management for each and every one of our customers.

Andrew
Parks - Director of IT & Data Services
Andrew joined Air Business after working in the publishing industry
for over 20 years - latterly as publishing manager for five
titles - He joined in 2000 to head up the growing data processing
and circulation management operations. Whilst at Air Business
Andrew has been responsible for development of our Pathfinder
routing system. He now runs all of the company’s IT systems
and software development and continues to run the Data Processing
and Circulation departments.

Laitan
Etti - Director of Operations
Laitan joined Air Business over 18 years ago and has progressed,
through his own efforts and training, from Mail Sorter to Operations
Manager – with overall responsibility for the sectors
that comprise Distribution, Mailhouse and Night Shift. Laitan
runs a ‘tight ship’ and does not compromise on quality
or service. His extensive knowledge of the industry helps Air
Business to stay competitive and maintain standards.

Phil
Ions - Finance Director
Phil joined Air Business in 2003 after 17 years with Thompson
Multimedia, a national company with over £70M turnover,
where he progressed from Trainee Accountant to Chief Accountant.
He is an effective team player with experience covering all
aspects of the finance function ranging from management of the
Accounts department through to Controlling and systems implementation.
He keeps a close eye on the company’s Financial and Commercial
functions.
