As a service-oriented company Air Business has created a Customer Support Group to provide customers with a level of attention far beyond that associated with a conventional customer service department. Each Account Co-ordinator is teamed with, and works closely with, a Sales Account Manager. All Account Co-ordinators are dedicated to a small group of customers, are fully conversant with their individual requirements, and keep constant track of their customers’ work in progress.
As an Air Business customer you can expect prompt, up to date, accurate information on the status of your work: when we are collecting it, when it has arrived, how far towards completion, when we have despatched it and how. Simply ask for your Account Co-ordinator, who will be the contact for all your day-to-day enquiries. |
